These Sale Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, discount codes, clearance sales, and special pricing events conducted by YARSA Sports (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By participating in a sale or promotion, you agree to the following terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Sale Period

• Promotions are valid only during the advertised promotional period.
• Start and end dates are determined solely by YARSA Sports.
• We reserve the right to extend, modify, or end a promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Availability

• All sale items are subject to stock availability.
• No rain checks will be offered unless required by law.
• Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed and payment is confirmed.

3. Pricing & Discounts

• Discounts apply only to selected items as specified.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
• Only one discount code or offer may be used per transaction unless stated otherwise.
• Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to be valid.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, the following items are excluded from sales and promotions:

• Gift cards and vouchers
• Custom-made or personalised products
• Engraving services
• Cricket bat preparation services (including knocking-in or match-ready preparation)
• Selected premium brands (if applicable)
• Shipping costs
• Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) merchant fees

Sale exclusions may vary depending on the promotion.

5. Clearance & Final Sale Items

Items marked as:

• “Clearance”
• “Final Sale”
• “No Further Discount”
• “Final Mark Down”

Are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply for faulty or defective goods.

6. Change of Mind on Sale Items

For sale items (excluding clearance or final sale items):

• Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only, subject to our Returns Policy.
• Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases.
• Items must be returned in original, unused, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase.

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product purchased during a sale has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If the fault is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.

Sale pricing does not limit your statutory rights.

8. Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)

For purchases made through BNPL providers:

• Merchant fees are non-refundable.
• You remain bound by the terms of your BNPL provider.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the BNPL provider.

9. Promotions & Giveaways

Where a promotion includes a:

• Free gift
• Bonus item
• Bundle offer

All promotional items must be returned if the qualifying purchase is returned. If not returned, the retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from any store credit or refund (where applicable).

10. Fraud & Misuse

YARSA Sports reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity;
• Cancel orders where promotional codes are misused;
• Limit quantities purchased per customer, household, or account.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Sale Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
